Shipping
Our shipping is flat rate and in most cases we'll ship your order the same day or the morning of the next business day depending on when it is received. If separate orders are placed we will attempt to combine them and then partially refund any additional shipping costs paid, however this is entirely conditional on these orders not having already been dispatched to USPS - please keep in mind we ship quickly!
Shipping Methods
- Lower 48 states: we provide the option at checkout of shipping either USPS Ground Advantage (advertised 2 to 5 business days), or USPS Priority Mail (advertised 1 to 3 business days). USPS does not guarantee these delivery time frames, please allow extra days.
- Alaska and Hawaii: we use the same services as the lower 48 states, however your package will take a little longer to arrive.
AFO / FPO addresses: We regrettably do not ship due to the number of claims received for non-delivery.
Free Shipping
- Orders of $250 or greater qualify for free shipping when shipped in the one package. This is applied automatically on checkout and will be via USPS Priority Mail or an alternative service of our selection.
Delays and Missing Packages
- Shipping delays occur occasionally regardless of the shipping method chosen, and for a multitude of reasons outside of our control.
- If the tracking for your package shows it is delayed but progressing through the USPS network, please be patient and monitor the tracking.
- If the tracking for your package shows 'not delivered' or 'lost in transit', we will file a missing mail search with USPS who then investigates. Pending the outcome of this process, we may need to file an insurance claim.
- The above process takes time and we need to see it through. We may require your co-operation in supplying supporting documentation.
- We will not send free replacement items for delayed packages.
- We cannot refund any 'lost' orders showing a delivery confirmation.
Restricted Items
- Please be aware of the legal requirements for the possession of the item(s) that you are ordering for your state or jurisdiction, prior to placing your order with us.
- We must ship to the billing address of the cardholder on all orders placed through this website, please contact us if this is an issue prior to placing an order.
