Warranty

Our warranty is sensible and straightforward - we offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship when used in the correct manner.

Products must not have been misused, improperly installed, or abused in anyway for this warranty to apply. Lifetime is defined as the reasonable lifetime of the product for the purpose for which it was designed. The determination is solely ours and we will elect to either repair or replace the product. In cases where we elect to replace a product we will retain ownership over the original. You as the purchaser solely determine the suitability of all products for your specific requirements and assume all risk and liability. Our product range requires both specialist knowledge and a minimum level of equipment to install properly. We highly recommend engaging the services of a competent and experienced gunsmith for all work. If you are the original purchaser, please contact us for a written return authorization before sending anything back. No credits of any kind will be offered without such authorization. We do not warranty our products for wear and tear commensurate with the product's use and age, and taking into account that our product range is mostly designed for hard use in outdoor environments, and with some products designed specifically to be a consumable.

In addition to the warranty outlined above, we will also:

(1) Elect, solely at our discretion, to honor the same warranty to owners who are not the original purchaser,

(2) Elect, solely at our discretion, to supply small components such as fasteners, springs, dowel pins and other similar parts which can be easily misplaced during regular cleaning and maintenance, either free of charge or otherwise charge an amount approximate to the shipping and handling costs to send them to you, and

(3) Items 1 and 2 are contingent on the age of the product and availability at the time.
